제목: Predicting General Psychopathology Factor (p-factor) Using Functional Connectivity via Scanner-Generalization Neural Networks

요약: In this presentation, I would like to introduce a current study that predicts General Psychopathology Factor (p-factor), which has recently emerged as an alternative to traditional categorical diagnostic systems in psychopathology, using proposed deep learning model (Scanner-Generalization Neural Networks; SGNN) based on brain imaging (RSFC). This talk will include the recent research status including the performance of reduction of scanner-effects and p-factor prediction, and the discovery of related neural correlates through the proposed model.
