Brain imaging genetics has been introduced where we can investigate relationships between genetic polymorphisms and neuroimaging features (e.g., atrophy, cortical thickness, and connectivity, etc.). Diverse brain phenotypes from neuroimaging and genetic variation could jointly contribute to complex diseased related phenomena. In this lecture, I am focusing on introducing how to develop an effective multivariate imaging genetics analysis model combining multi-modal neuroimaging data with genetic information. This lecture will cover developing a regression, CCA, and advanced artificial intelligence model (GNN, CNN) for integrating multi-omics and multi-neuroimaging data to identify biomarkers.
