초록: Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in children is a highly heritable neurodevelopmental disorder causing a variety of cognitive, emotional, and social problems with behavioral phenotypes such as impulsivity. Previous studies have investigated the impulsivity of ADHD mainly using limited genetic information and neuroanatomical features from magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). In this study, we investigate the neuronal activations from functional MRI and gene expression signatures of impulsivity in individuals with ADHD using parallel independent component analysis (pICA) and large adolescent cohort data from the Adolescent Brain Cognitive Development (ABCD) study.
